When visiting the website


When visiting our website the browser on your end device will automatically send information to our website server. This information will be temporarily stored in a so-called logfile. Within the scope of this process the following information will be gathered without any further action on your part and stored until it is automatically erased:


• The IP address of the requesting computer,

• The date and time of the request,

• The name and URL of the requested file,

• The website from which our website was accessed (referrer URL),

• The browser used and, where applicable, your computer’s operating system and your access provider’s name.


We will process the above-mentioned data for the following purposes:

Over and above this, we do not use cookies or analysis services when users visit our website.

As a so-called “data subject” you have the following rights:


In accordance with Art. 15 GDPR – The right to request information about what personal data regarding you we are processing. In particular you can request information about the purposes of processing; the category of personal data; the categories of recipients to whom your personal data has been or will be disclosed; the planned duration of storage; your right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or of objection; your right to lodge a complaint; the origin of your data if it was not gathered by us; and the existence of any automated decision-making including profiling and, where applicable, meaningful information about these systems;


In accordance with Art. 16 GDPR – The right to request rectification of inaccurate personal data regarding you which is stored by us or supplementing of incomplete data;


In accordance with Art. 17 GDPR – The right to request erasure of personal data regarding you which is stored by us, insofar as processing is not required to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information; to comply with a legal obligation; for reasons of public interest; or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims;


In accordance with Art. 18 GDPR – The right to request restriction of processing of personal data regarding you, insofar as you contest the accuracy of your data; processing is unlawful but you oppose its erasure; we no longer require the data, however you require it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims; or, in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR, you have objected to processing;


In accordance with Art. 20 GDPR – The right to receive any personal data regarding you which you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or to request its transmission to another data controller;


In accordance with Art. 7 Para. 3 GDPR – The right to withdraw at any time any consent you have given us. This will mean that we will, in future, no longer be allowed to continue the data processing carried out on the basis of this consent; and


In accordance with Art. 77 GDPR – The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To do so, you can generally contact the supervisory authority in the member state in which you are usually resident; in which you have your workplace; or in which we are headquartered.

Right to object


Insofar as your personal data is being processed on the basis of legitimate interests as defined by Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR, you have the right, as defined by Art. 21 GDPR, to object to processing of your personal data insofar as the objection is based on grounds relating to your particular situation or your objection concerns direct marketing. In the latter case, you have a general right to object which we will implement without your providing information about a particular situation.

SSL encryption


For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as enquiries which you send to us in our capacity as the website operator, this website uses SSL encryption. An encrypted connection is identified by the browser address line changing from “http://” to “https://” and the padlock symbol in your browser line.


After SSL encryption has been activated, third parties will be unable to read any data which you transmit to us.



Right to information, erasure and blocking
